The ATEX Handy 07 LWP is a Zone 1 intrinsically safe mobile phone for use in hazardous areas with ATEX, IECEx and NEC certification that has been designed for the protection of yor employees. The Handy 07 LWP is a mobile phone and lone worker protection in one device which has a programmable 3D motion sensor for man down alarm, panic alarm, collision alarm and motionless alarm. 

The ATEX Handy 07 Lone Worker Phone has a button to deliberately trigger alarms and a programmable dead man's switch. The ATEX Lone Worker Phone also has various technical alarms such as E2E check, battery status and a connection to GSM network. The ATEX Mobile Phone features an alert for incoming messages with subsequent read confirmation sent to the alarm control unit. 

The ATEX Handy 07 LWP has a special visualisation of the alarm modes on the display and a loud audible alarm with programmable geo zones. The general lone worker protection mode can be enabled or disabled easily and quickly by pressing the green function button (so-called On/Off function). Two further safety levels (yellow button) allows the employee to activate the tracking function (the control centre detects where your employee is currently located) and the 3D motion sensor. The display shows the safety level currently activated.

Another highlight of the device is the SMS alarm. This enables individuals or entire groups of employees to be informed quickly and effectively about existing hazards and incidents. The employee is continually alerted to this message via a prominent audible signal, which requires a response and confirmation that the SMS has been read.
