The ATEX Remote CCTV Camera is a low cost observational camera system ideal for sites where constant monitoring is not necessarily a requirement. Images are available on demand, or alternatively the camera can be integrated into existing systems enabling automatic triggering and emailing of images when an event occurs. When combined with a battery and renewable energy sources such as solar and wind power the unit is ideally suited to remote site monitoring, where main power and communications are not easily available.

The ATEX Remote CCTV Camera has a JPEG VGA resolution of 640 x 480 and uses GSM/ GPRS network for remote site communications. The ATEX Remote CCTV Camera has a built in lighting unit using LED technology and external trigger point. The Exposion Proof CCTV Camera has a colour camera and low power consumption by using a 12 volt battery with power management control.
