The ATEX Portable PC ProPanel TC2500 is a stand-alone embedded computer. The ATEX Portable PC is a portable, rugged controller/monitor that can be transported from site to site or easily mounted for permanent installations. The Intrinsically Safe Portable PC is designed to fit remote terminal applications as a thin client or embedded controller. The ATEX Portable PC is a hardware platform that is built to survive the abuse of the rig floor environment while providing important benefits such as low weight and small size.

The ATEX Portable PC features a zone 1 non purged thin client/ embedded controller and is small, lightweight and ideal for rig-up/ rig-down activity. The ATEX Portable PC comes with standard ethernet and rj45 connection and optional touchscreen. The Intrinsically Safe Portable PC runs on a Via Edan 600 MHz processor and operates on a embedded XP O/S . 

Sunlight Viewing Capability and Shock Resistant

The ATEX Portable PC has a 10.4'' LCD with sunlight viewable capability and integrated membrane keys. THe ATEX Portable PC has a universal A.C. power input and 100MBps ST fiber connectors. The Explosion Proof PC can operate at a temperature range from -40C to +50C in direct sunlight and is shock and vibration resistant. The ATEX Portable PC has a IP66/ NEMA4 sealing and is enclosed with aluminum with <3% magnesium. The ATEX Portable PC is 13.5'' x 12.5'' x 5'' and weighs not more then 25lb. The ATEX Portable PC comes with a standard desk and wall mount, with optional panel mount kit.
