The ATEX Remote PC Terminal is an intrinsically safe PC terminal for Ex Zone 1 / Zone 2 and Zone 22. The PC makes use of modular principle incorporating the most diverse components in the industry. The ATEX Remote PC Terminal is the perfect solution for pharmacy, chemistry, life science, oil & gas, incineration plants, alcohol processing and the food industries.
The ATEX Remote PC Terminal provides all relevent data for on-site operation in the plant via VGA / keyboard and mouse interfaces on the challenger pc terminal. The ATEX Remote PC Terminal comes with optional card reader, touch screen, interfaces, scanner, camera and emergency stop switch and has variable option for mounting on tthe floor, wall, ceiling.

The Intrinsically Safe PC Terminal operates in an ambient temperature from -30C up to +60C and is protection class II 2G EEx ib IIC T4 certified. The ATEX Challenger Remote PC Terminal transfers data via the high performance transmission unit up to 600m / 2000ft to the on-site terminal. The ATEX Remote PC Terminal can be configured individually following the requirements of the plants, all components are designed and certified as panel mount modules for industrial or hazardous areas.
