The ATEX Sigma 911 Airflow Meter is an intrinsically safe airflow meter ideal for short-term flow studies in hazardous or potentially hazardous environments. The ATEX Sigma 911 Airflow Meter makes use of the Doppler technology which means accuracy, even in low flow, full pipe and reversed flow conditions. Accuracy is further enhanced by a proprietary technology that corrects for the effects of temperature and velocity on level measurement. The ATEX Sigma 911 Airflow Sensor is easy to install and requires minimum maintenance.
The Intrinsically Safe Sigma 911 Airflow Meter is ideal for short term flow studies in hazardous or potentially hazardous areas, sanitary sewer evaluation studies and CSO studies and monitoring. The ATEX Sigma 911 Airflow Sensor is CSA-NRTL/C, CE & DEMKO certified for operation in Class I, Division I, Groups C & D hazardous locations. The Intrinsically Safe Sigma 911 Airflow Sensor integrates with Vision and InSight software for easy presentation and quality reports. The ATEX Sigma 911 Airflow Meter makes use of advanced ultrasonic one-MHz Doppler technology avoids signal dropouts and ensures high levels of accuracy in low-flow, full-pipe or reversed-flow conditions, without the need for onsite calibration.
Accurate and Tough
The ATEX Sigma 911 Airflow Sensor has a higher level of accuracy, since the 911 automatically corrects the effects of temperature level measurement, the Drawdown Correction feature corrects the effects of velocity on accurate level measurement. The ATEX Sigma 911 Airflow Meter is NEMA 6P sealed to withstand submergence and prolonged surcharge conditions. The ATEX Sigma 911 Airflow Meter has a low profile, non fouling probe that reduces the need for maintenance and is detachable/ interchangeable for ultimate flexibility.
The ATEX Sigma 911 Airflow Meter has an operating temperature range of -18 Celsius op to +60 Celsius. The Sigma 911 Airflow Sensor makes use of one 12V custom lithium battery pack and has a typical battery life of 30 days. The time based accuracy of the ATEX Sigma 911 Airflow Meter is ± 1 second per day and has a data storage capacity of 593 days of 1 level reading. The Sigma 911 Airflow Sensor weighs only 2.58kg making it the ideal ATEX Airflow Meter in any situation.
