The ATEX Mining PDA i.roc 623 has an ergonomic design that facilitates fatigue free operation during continuous use and a high resolution color display that can be read even under the most unfavorable light conditions. The ATEX Mining PDA i.roc 623 has protection from static electricity, water and dust and features a shockproof housing which is non-corroding.
The ATEX Mining PDA i.roc 623 has IP 65 protection rating and an anti-static non corroding housing and is shock resistant up to 1.2m on concrete. The ATEX Mining PDA i.roc 623 has a I M1 EEx ia I ATEX certificate and EC Type IBExU 04 ATEX 1200 Certificate.
The ATEX Mining PDA i.roc 623 has bluetooth for communication with other bluetooth devices such as RFID readers, gps receivers, position sensors, headsets and barcode readers, also available is wireless data synchronization with pc's trough activesync. The ATEX Mining PDA i.roc 623 has access to internet, email and company data through the integrated WLAN 802.11b which can be used simultaneously with bluetooth and Peer to peer communication with other WLAN enabled units.
The ATEX Mining PDA i.roc 623 has a SD slot for greater storage of data, circuit diagrams, programs and backups on SD memory cards and supports SDIO cards. THe VPN software in the ATEX Mining PDA i.roc 623 ensures advanced security for wireless connections and increaaed WEP encryption with 64 or 128 bits encryption. The 1800mAh rechargeable lithium ion battery makes sure the ATEX Mining PDA i.roc 623 has up to 15 hours uninterrupted power.
