Explosion proof colour TV camera - DTR65R-EX (EOL)

This explosion proof, colour TV camera is certified under ATEX directive 94/9/EC and is the most compact of its kind, with an OD of only 74mm.

It incorporates internal lights mounted on the swivelling viewing head, as well as two laser beams, which with help of the DIMFIS software, permit the dimensioning of cracks or other flaws observed by the TV camera

It also features an integrated electronic device, which provides information on the viewing head rotation angle, whatever the position of the camera inside the pipe. The camera can be installed on an Ex (EEx d IIC T3) electronic tractor VSCE200 EX, equipped with Ex (EEx d IIC T3) external lights VSE45 EX (refer to GISYS EX data sheet).

It can also be mounted on a 150 metres motorised semi-rigid cable, for purpose of introduction and propulsion inside the pipe.

Aimed at the internal inspection of pipe within hazardous environments, this camera is used in the following applications:
- Transportation and distribution of gases or vapours
- Refineries and petrochemical plants
- Hydrocarbon storage areas
- Offshore oil platforms
