Shipping and Delivery

ATEXshop.com supplies ATEX and IECEx certified equipment to customers across Europe and beyond. Orders can be shipped to more than 70 countries. This page explains how shipping costs, delivery times, customs and deliveries work.

Shipping costs and delivery times

  • Shipping costs depend on the destination and the products. We calculate them for each quotation and include them in it.
  • Delivery times differ per product, for example between items in stock and items ordered from the manufacturer. Your quotation states the expected delivery time for each product.
  • Partial deliveries: if not all items are available at the same time, we may ship the order in parts.

How we ship

  • Most orders are shipped by FedEx. You receive a tracking number so you can follow your shipment.
  • Products with lithium batteries fall under specific transport rules, which can affect the shipping method and the delivery time. We take this into account in the quotation.

VAT, customs and import duties

  • Prices on our website exclude VAT. VAT is shown on your quotation and invoice according to the applicable rules.
  • Outside the European Union, for example in the United Kingdom, the Middle East or the United States, import duties, import taxes and customs clearance can apply. How these are handled is agreed per quotation, so you know in advance what to expect.

When your order arrives

  • Check the goods immediately on receipt.
  • Note any visible damage or missing items on the waybill or consignment note. If there is no waybill, inform us in writing within 24 hours of receipt.
  • Report other complaints in writing as soon as you discover them. Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and photos of any damage.
  • If your tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you have not received it, contact us and we will start a trace with the carrier.

Returns

Special orders cannot be returned. Please contact us before returning anything: returns take place in the way we agree with you, in the original packaging. See articles 6 and 8 of our Terms and Conditions for the full rules on delivery, transport and complaints.
