The ATEX Cylindrical Enclosure is manufactured in acid resistant stainless steel, SS316, is more cost efficient then traditional EEx d enclosures. The design makes the ATEX Cylindrical Enclosure easy to install and use, and allows for simple solutions within numerous different applications. The ATEX Cylindrical Enclosures can be delivered empty with U- component certificate or supplied fully assembled according to clients demands.
The ATEX Cylindrical Enclosure has a flexibel product range with several standard sizes. The Explosion Proof Cylindrical Enclosure has ingress protection to meet harsh environment with IP66 as standard and is suitable for demanding environments. The Intrinsically Safe Cylindrical Enclosure has a high operational reliability and reduced lifetime maintenance costs and is ATEX and GOST approved.
Designed to meet harsh environments
The Technor TNXCD ATEX Cylindrical Enclosures are designed to meet the harsh environments of the North Sea and are ideal for Petrochemical and Marine applications aswell as for all kind of industry where an explosive atmosphere may be present. The TNXCD ATEX EEx Cylindrical Enclosures allow for utilization of standard electrical components. Subsequent replacement and maintenance of installed components is thus easy.
The Intrinsically Safe Cylindrical Enclosures and components are designed, built and delivered in full compliance with current specifications and CENELEC standards. The client receives a complete system including user manual, part list, wiring diagram and an Ex conformity declaration. The ATEX Cylindrical Enclosure has an IP rating of IP66 and IP67/ IP68 upon request. The operating temperature is from -50 Celsius up to +60 Celsius.
