The new ATEX DECT handset FC4 Ex HS marks Funktel's recent development in intrinsically safe, robust industrial handsets with DECT-based integrated voice-data communication and blast protection.

The high-resolution, illuminated colour display, the recently designed symbol-based user interface and the keys including coloured menu keys, which are also illuminated, make operating the FC4 Ex HS extremely simple and a delight.

The battery can be changed by the user and offers state-of-the-art power management; the manifold configuration options for operation and signalling, messaging functions as well as extensive call lists make the FC4 series handsets extremely ergonomic, thus adding safety for operation and data.

The FC4 Ex HS is certified for use inside hazardous areas and fulfils the latest European ATEX guideline.
