Ex ic IIC T4 Gc according to Xciel, Ta -20°C to +50°C. Gas group IIC also covers IIA and IIB gases. There is no dust marking, so the case is not for Zone 22. This case has no IECEx certificate.
Made for the iPad Air 5
Designed by Xciel for the Apple iPad Air 10.9 inch (5th generation, 2022). The case is supplied without iPad, for use with an iPad Air 5 you already have.
Rugged enclosure
IP54 (water and dust resistant) and shock protection padding according to the Xciel datasheet. Camera cover with transparent lens protection, external power, volume and mute buttons, and a water and dust proof power plug.
Fitting the iPad
According to Xciel, the ATEX Zone 2 version of the enclosure can be fitted to the iPad by the user. For the version that also carries the North American Class I, Division 2 rating, the iPad is sent to Xciel for installation.
